Wallie is cash on the internet. With the Wallie-card you can make online payments. Therefore, Wallie is a safe alternative for internet payments via credit card or authorization.
That is the prepaid payment card of Wallie. With the unique code on the back of every card, you can make payments on the internet. The charge for every purchase you make is automatically deducted from your Wallie-credit. The Wallie-card is available in the shop. There are two kinds of Wallie-cards: pre-printed copies which look a lot like a business card and e-vouchers which are printed at the cash registers in the shop and which are in fact a voucher. There is a unique code on both forms of the Wallie-card, which you use for your purchases on the internet.
A Wallie-card costs 5, 10, 20 or 50 Pounds. The complete amount is also immediately your available credit. You can use this up to the last Penny, because as user of the Wallie-card you don't pay any commission on your online purchases.
With Wallie, paying on the internet is easy and especially safe. To make a payment you only have to enter the unique payment code from your Wallie-card and not your name or the number of a credit card or bank account. Wallie is therefore anonymous. There is also no age limit for buying a Wallie-card.
If the credit on your Wallie-card is used up, you can just throw the card away. It contains no personal information, so you don't have to be concerned about misuse.
The unique payment code is found under the grey scratch layer, on the back of your Wallie-card. With e-vouchers, a voucher that is printed at the cash register, it is found under ‘revaluation code'.
You don't have to do anything because the Wallie-card contains no personal information. It is obviously better to report it to the police, because you have lost something that is valuable. The eventual remaining balance on your stolen or lost Wallie-card will not be refunded.
If your balance on your card is insufficient to make a specific payment, you buy another new Wallie-card. Then you first enter the unique payment code of the one card and then the code of your other card. You can use five different Wallie-cards at most per transaction, up to a maximum value of 150 Pounds. Click here for a demo.
An extensive explanation can be found here. It is important that you select 'United Kingdom' behind the heading ‘Country' on a website, after you select Pay by Cash as payment method. Wallie will then automatically appear as payment method in the scroll menu behind the heading ‘Select Payment Option' .
If you have saved the key number from your transaction, contact Habbo hotel immediately. Habbo requests your information, upon which you have to mention the key number. A check is then performed to confirm your payment and to check whether credits were awarded or not. You will have your answer within three days and you will also receive the credits that you have bought.
If you have not saved your key number, you should contact Wallie. Mail the serial number on your Wallie-card. That is not the same as your unique payment code! The serial number is, on a normal Wallie-card, on top of the purple section on the back and consists of 8 or 15 numbers. On a so-called e-voucher (that is a voucher printed by a cash register) the serial number is right at the bottom. Wallie will mail you the key number of your transaction with Habbo hotel . Then you just follow the instructions as described above.
